Spacing Materials

 

Spacing materials are made out of Nomex, which can withstand the temperature in the aging oven to anneal the molecules in aluminum profiles. 

 

They are used to separate each aluminum profile so they will not leave an impression after the cooling process has been complete. 

 

Standard thickness is 1.2mm.
