Felt tubes (sleeves)

 

The felt tubes (sometimes called sleeves) are installed at where the aluminum profiles are first extruded and pulled. The profiles are hot and heavy; the conveying speed is high. 

 

The roller design is primarily to reduce contact time to a minimum to prolong product lifespan.

Length can be any length with the thickness range of 4mm to 12mm
