INO Belt factory

 

With state of the art technology, all production lines are equipped with a fully automative central panel that controls many aspects that go into a good quality conveyor belt, for example, tension, thickness, speed, and temperature of the oven. 

 

The standard production width is 3000mm with ranges from 2000mm to 4200mm. There are currently 11 lines that manufacture PVC, polyurethane, polyolefin, polyester and silicon.

Production capability for PVC belts is up to 1,8 million square meter one shift and for PU belts up to 1,6 million square meter one shift.
