5230 series 

This series is specially designed for the mixing room of banburg machines in the tyre industries.

In the mixing applications of the banbury machines, the compounds composing of basic raw rubbers, oils, pigments, carbon blacks, and other additives, are blended under tremendous heat and pressure. This mixture is hot, sticky and difficult to handle.

The series product properties 

• Excellent release properties

• Resistant to high temperatures (both the top covers and interlayer materials)

• Easy to joint on-site with finger splices

• No longitudinal joint necessary

• Reduced risk of contamination of rubber into the mixture
